Isaac turns 5!

We're always looking for a good excuse to eat out at Don Tequila (since we often go with no excuse at all), so we took Isaac there for his 5th birthday. He loves it there and he was excited that they were going to put the funny hat on him and sing Happy Birthday. He was a little shy when the wait staff first came out, but by the end he was all smiles.

He was excited about his "dollars" from Aunt Michelle
And he loves Legos so he thought this set was awesome (and his sisters were quite jealous)
Showing off more Legos from Grandma & Grandpa
He drew this Lego Guy picture and Natalie frosted it for his cake (frozen buttercream transfer--google it)
A week later he had his Lego birthday party. He had 4 friends over (5 little boys is perfect for a 5-year-old birthday party!). They colored and cut out Lego heads, then played "Pin the head on the Lego Guy". They did a treasure hunt to find the "missing" legos. Then used them to make Lego cars and race them down a track. Then lunch, presents and decorating cookies. Short and sweet.
