There's no place like Glenwood

The first destination on our month long trip to Utah was Glenwood. For the first time, we drove straight through without stopping at a hotel. We left about 3:00 Sunday afternoon, dropped Sam off at Oberlin College, then just kept driving. The kids fell asleep around 9-10 pm and didn't wake up until 7 the next morning. Jonathan and I switched off driving every 2 hours or so. We got to Glenwood about 6:00 Monday evening. We loved driving straight through. It made the drive seem a lot shorter and the kids were asleep for almost half of it! My parents and Becky & family were there when we arrived. A couple of days later, Steve & family and Bill & family arrived. It was great to see everyone!

The kids had a fun few days of 4-wheeling,

playing with cute kittens,

riding horses,

more 4-wheeling,

driving the RZR,

hanging out with Grandpa (& Grandma), seeing the bat cave and skeltons, chilling with cousins,

driving on the motocross track,

more horseback riding,

playing with cousins,

eating good food,

running the Liberty mile/5K,

more bonding with cousins,

and playing on the redneck slip-n-slide.
