My friend Emily came to visit me! She lives in Fort Wayne so we are just 4 hours apart. We met in Kirtland on Tuesday afternoon and toured the historical sites. We were going to at least look at the Kirtland Temple (hadn't decided about a tour) but I forgot to go! Oh well. She'll just have to come visit me again and we can do it next time. We had grand plans of going to the beach on Wednesday but it was cold! The kids were disappointed but they had fun playing Legos, making a frog race track, jumping on the trampoline, etc. Emily and I talked and played games. She got me addicted to Spicy Farkle. What a fun game! Here are the kids with the frog race track. It was hilarious. They caught tiny frogs and they would race them down the obstacle course made out of blocks.
They left this morning and took Natalie with them. The rest of us are going to Fort Wayne tomorrow to visit Christian and Robyn for the 4th of July so we'll get Natalie back then.
