Thanksgiving

What a week! We left Monday afternoon and drove to Michigan to see Christian, Robyn, Hannah, Rachel, Nathan & Aaron. Adam, Jennie, Joshua, Jacob, Andrew and Sam had already arrived. Alexia came on Wednesday. It was fun to have so many Greens together. We had 7 adults and 12 kids.
The highlights: the kids getting along so well, Isaac warming up to Christian to the point that he preferred Christian over Jonathan and me by the end of the week, Nestle Toll House chocolate chunk cookies fresh from the oven with caramel ice cream, omelets, a vegetarian Thanksgiving meal, Hoopla, The Great Dalmudhi (and all the accompanying economic parallels), 5 Things, What if...Then...(I laughed till I cried...Robyn did you find those papers?!), Alexia's Strip game (as in strips of paper), Chuck, The Biggest Loser, shopping with no kids (thanks Alexia!), seeing Twilight, sleeping in most mornings after staying up too late, calling Grandma Green ("do you have any influence to get me out of here?"), lots and lots of fun conversation with my really cool in-laws.
The Thanksgiving set-up. We have a weird tradition to buy tacky tablecloths--this year we had High School Musical and Transformers.
The kids love Alexia's iPhone.
Karen and Rachel bonded more than usual this time because Nathan and Andrew were best buddies.
Isaac was constantly spoiled by love and attention from his sisters and cousins. They had a game going called "King Isaac". I didn't get any pictures but it was complete with a throne, commandments, worshipping, etc. Maybe he can run for President someday.

It looks like you guys had a really fun Thanksgiving. So many kids, though! It must have been constant noise!
